CARSTEN PEETERS

Was born on the 29th of May in 1974 in Kempen. He completed his apprenticeship to become “Pferdewirt” with focus on riding under Wilfried Gehrmann who was head of the federal state riding and driving school Rhineland in Wülfrath at that time.

After having graduated with distinction and won the National Championships of Professional Riders, he was offered a job with renowned trainer Dr. Uwe Schulten-Baumer.

During the three years at the yard of Dr. Schulten-Baumer and the world’s most successful dressage rider, Isabell Werth, he was responsible for training the young horses that were bought at auctions.

The federal state riding and driving school offered him the position as Deputy Head and Carsten Peeters returned to the place where he started his career as an apprentice – now carrying the award of the “Silberne Stensbeckplakette”.

Carsten Peeters is a successful dressage trainer and rider up to the highest class S.
